Independent Purchaser Compliance Agreement
As a condition of receiving discounted pricing, wholesale pricing, referral compensation, or other purchasing benefits from LasVegasDiet.com, I agree to the following:
1. Independent Status
I understand I am an independent purchaser. I am not an employee, representative, agent, partner, or legal representative of LasVegasDiet.com. I have no authority to make statements, promises, guarantees, or commitments on behalf of the company.
2. Research Use Only
I understand all products sold by LasVegasDiet.com are offered solely for laboratory research purposes. I will not advertise, promote, represent, or imply any product is intended for human use, veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of any disease or medical condition.
3. No Medical Statements
I will not make medical claims, health claims, therapeutic claims, dosage recommendations, administration instructions, safety claims, efficacy claims, or promises of results. I understand I am solely responsible for any statements I make.
4. Product Integrity
I will not alter, relabel, repackage, tamper with, or misrepresent any product purchased from LasVegasDiet.com. I will store, handle, and transport products according to the company’s published instructions.
5. Compliance With Laws
I agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations related to my purchase, possession, marketing, resale, distribution, and use of products purchased from LasVegasDiet.com.
6. Independent Responsibility
I accept full responsibility for my own actions, advertising, marketing, storage, handling, communications, resale activities, and business practices. LasVegasDiet.com is not responsible for my statements or conduct.
7. Indemnification
I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LasVegasDiet.com, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, lawsuits, investigations, liabilities, judgments, settlements, damages, fines, penalties, costs, and reasonable attorney’s fees arising from or related to my actions, statements, advertising, marketing, storage, handling, resale, distribution, or any violation of this Agreement or applicable law. I agree to reimburse LasVegasDiet.com for all reasonable costs, expenses, attorney’s fees, and other losses resulting from claims or legal actions caused by my conduct.
8. Right to Terminate
LasVegasDiet.com may immediately suspend or terminate my account, purchasing privileges, discount level, referral status, or any other business relationship, with or without notice, if the company determines I have violated this Agreement or engaged in conduct that may expose the company to legal, financial, or reputational risk. Termination does not release me from any obligations or liabilities arising before termination.
9. Entire Agreement
I understand this Agreement is in addition to the LasVegasDiet.com Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and all other company policies. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
Acknowledgment
By checking the box below, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to this Independent Purchaser Compliance Agreement. I understand my purchasing privileges and discount eligibility are conditioned upon my continued compliance with this Agreement.
