Refund and Returns Policy

Las Vegas Diet LLC owns and operates the website LasVegasDiet.com.

Customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of scientific research products, the following policy applies to all purchases unless otherwise required by applicable law.

1. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they enter the shipping process.

Once an order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled.

Las Vegas Diet LLC reserves the right to determine when an order has entered the shipping process.

2. Returns

To help protect product integrity, products are generally not eligible for return after shipment.

Returns may be approved only at the sole discretion of Las Vegas Diet LLC or where required by applicable law.

3. Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product different from the one shown on your order confirmation, please notify us within five business days after delivery.

Approved claims may result in a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

4. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within five business days after delivery.

Photographs of the shipping container, shipping label, packing materials, and damaged products may be required before a claim can be evaluated.

5. Lost Shipments

If a shipment appears lost, please contact both the shipping carrier and LasVegasDiet.com promptly.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving shipping issues.

6. Refused or Returned Shipments

Orders returned because of an incorrect shipping address, refusal of delivery, failure to claim a shipment, or other customer related reasons may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.

7. Refund Method

Approved refunds will generally be issued using the original payment method unless another method is required by law or agreed upon by both parties.

8. Fraud Prevention

Las Vegas Diet LLC reserves the right to deny refunds or replacement requests involving suspected fraud, abuse, repeated claims, or other circumstances suggesting misuse of this policy.
